New Look, New Products, New Newsletter
June 19, 2009
Welcome to our new look. We have continued to change our appearance. Perhaps not in
dramatic totally different ways, but in ways that we think will help you find things
that interest you on our site.
Our two home pages Books-On-Line and
New Books In Print have both been
upgraded.
New Books In Print in particular has been dramatically changed. It now incorporates
four separate listings of new books. First there's the Free Books section. Then, since
we've started reviewing books, we've added a section that lists the last ten books that
we've reviewed. Third, We've found a way to identify the most popular 25 books that are
being sold at deep discounts. And finally we've started including a selected list of
titles of new books that were just published.
These titles are, of course, all connected to links so that you can get more info
about the book, or if you wish we'll transfer you to Amazon where you can buy the
book if it isn't one of our free titles. (We can't give away books that are still
protected by copyrights.)
Also on both pages you'll find a short description of the
Pocket Enigma. This is a neat little gadget that a fellow in England
came up with. It gives you an excellent understanding of how the original German
Enigma machine worked.
Finally, if you are simply going to Amazon for something else, like buying a new
computer or camera or whatever, if you go to amazon from our link we get a commission.
There's a link on the page up above, where it says
Printed Books
In Association with Amazon.com If you use this whenever you go to Amazon, we'll get
a small commission and you will pay no more.
Good Reading!
